About

The Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering and Institute of Electronics at the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in Hsinchu, Taiwan, is organizing a 4-day workshop to explore AI at NYCU, sponsored by the exploreCSR grant from Google.

During this experience, students will attend lectures, receive mentorship, and complete a small research project. The workshop is intended to increase the participation of students in the field of Artificial Intelligence research. Ukrainian students who have been displaced or in any way affected by the war are our main priority, however all undergraduate students in ECE and CS @ NYCU are also encouraged to apply.

Target audience are students of 10 and 11 grade in high school or university students who are doing their bachelor’s degree in math, electrical and computer engineering (ECE) or computer science, with good command of the English language.  Even though knowledge of programming is not required, having a background in it is a big plus.

Participation is FREE however space is limited and students are required to submit an application form, including their high school/undergraduate transcript, in English, with their class ranking and a description of the school's grading system.  APPLY!
